Best Snorkeling Tour

MolokiniMaui is home to many varieties of Tropical Fish found nowhere else in the world. Choose to snorkel with the turtles, around Molokini or Lanai for some more remote snorkel spots. Our Captain knows the best locations to find what you are looking to see.

Molokini Snorkeling
One of the most popular and spectacular snorkel experiences is drifting with the currents over the outer reef formed by the rim of the volcano which at points is only two or three feet deep and then drops off on the outside to 200feet. Gliding over the reef gives one the “feeling of flying” as you look off the edge of the world! having a privat boat to pick you up and the end of the drift makes this an experience you can’t get from other snorkel boats.

The backside of Molokini might remind one of “The Abyss” as the wall plunges to depths of 300 to 400 feet. If the wind picks up on the inside of the crater, this area is often the calmest water for snorkeling. Tropical fish are just about everywhere, but the shafts of light, awesome visibility, towering cliffs and sheer drop offs are what make this site so unique.

Turtle Arches
One of the most popular snorkel destinations is a turtle cleaning station, where Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles gather to be cleaned of parasites and algae by cleaner wrasses and other fish. The turtles surface for air coming close to snorkelers who stay still floating on the surface.

Lanai
Offers some of the most pristine snorkeling in Hawaii. Snorkel destinations only accessible by boat offer unexplored reefs and a wide array of tropical fish.

5-Star Review

5 Star Review
Captain Mark showed us a fantastic time. We chartered his boat for 3.5 hrs. to snorkel and whale watch. I brought my wife, parents and 4 year old son who had a blast. Mark had safety/snorkel equipment for all of us, even my son. Snorkeling at Molokini island was the best I have done. Crystal clear water, plenty of fish, and beautiful coral is what to expect. We chartered in January and saw at least 20-30 whales, many of which were breaching. Lunch was provided and consisted of sandwiches and local fruit. Captain Mark loves to talk and tell jokes, which I found endearing. He is very experienced and safe which comforted me since I had my son with us. – Kristelp
